I'm pretty sure this picture is a "foot fade" one, as opposed to an actual one shoe picture (given how fuzzy the "shoeless" feet are). I am posting it, however, on the ground I can't think of an angle that would put all of those feet in the back.

Well, one of the male zombies is missing a shoe as well, and at least one of the costumes shown for the heroes has heels.

Actually that could be a fun gimmick in a zombie game, if you are being chased by a female zombie in heels and you manage to shoot/knock one of her shoes off, her speed and coordination is decreased (since walking in one heel is hard) But to make it challenging, if you shoot BOTH off, her speed would increase.

The thread I got the link had someone mentioned a Mulan player takig off one of her slippers so a fan could try it on. But as I said earlier, Disney park rules probably prohibit (or at least, discourage), such actions.

Actually what surpised me a little was how easily Alice got her shoe back on. The costume shoes look like actual patent leather (read stiff) so the fact she could pop it back on without having to undo and red do the strap is a little surpising (unless she wears them loose)

Speaking of one shod zombies I found another cartoon link. This is a episode of Regular Show (sorry about the overdub of the dialogue). If you look around 7:28 you will see a limping zombie in a dress at center. her good foot is booted, her dragging foot is bare

There was actually a shoe loss on the new P&F this previos Friday, (in the giant brain section) During Major Monogram's debriefing of Perry there is a montauge of pictures of the inconveniance people are eduring due to the lack of keys there is one of a woman who, seeing her dog get into the house through the dog door, decides to follow it, and as she squeezes in, one of her sneakers pops off (though this does not happen until she is basically all the way in, so you don't see her shoeless foot).
Technically, there are also some one shoe scenes in the "Ferb Latin" bit, since (as noted in the song) giving some one your left shoe is part of the new custom for what you are supposed to do when someone sneezes. However as it happens all three of the people who actually do it in the song are guys (Buford and two background characters) Buford has both shoes again in the next scene, so it is possible that part of the custom is that the snezee says "thank you" by giving you your shoe back.)

Finally a nice little Disneyland video I found while trolling around youtube, of Alice the Mad Hatter and the Queen of hearts Playing charades . At about 4:36, the person playing Alice takes off one of her Mary Janes and drops it on the ground to charade "Cinderella"

As for Sally there's never been a stop-motion shoe loss probably because it's hard to pose a model without a shoe or with the foot coming out of the shoe. There's also been CGI cartoons where there should be a one shoe scene but probably due to budget restraints they couldn't make a model without a shoe. A good example of this is Happily Never After where Cinderella loses her shoe but only her shoe is shown and she spends the entire movie with both her shoes.

Well the scene with Oogie tickling her foot is there, so doing a shoe removal scene with stop motion is possible (0:33) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PUqqmrQYSE.
As for posing, the next time we see Sally, she'd tied up and hanging, her legs aren't being used to pose at all. But I get what you mean about hard to pose. That also explains the lack of one in Corpse Bride where there should probably be one as well. Given that one has to assume that, on the brides skeletonized leg, her foot is likewise all bones by now. the shoe on that foot must be loose as all hell with no flesh especially with the sheer silk stocking in between (actually if you think of it it's a little odd that, given how easily silk rots her stocking manged to remain intact (it's pooled down around her ankle, but given the amount of folds, it's all there)
Happily Never After also has another odd thing footwise (which may or may not have something to do with budget) The Wicked queen (and possibly the step sisters, I forgot) are all wearing flats, but are walking as if they are wearing heels. It's as if the started with a flat sole model for the feet (say cinderella in her common clothes) told the computer to raise up the backs and then forgot to animate in anything in the space.

Found next to the cowgirl image. Three girls take off thier shoes to show off thier skill at writing calligrapy with thier feet.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wo72Hp3GhY&feature=relmfu
I may have mentioned this earlier (though I can't seem to find it) but from a logical point of veiw, The Nightmare before Christmas should have some one shoe scenes as well. During the rescue of Santa Claus, Sally sticks one of her legs in the door to distract Oogie. During the destraction, he knocks off her shoe so he can tickle her foot. Yet a bit later, when she is tied up she has both shoes back. Leaving aside the question of how sally got her leg and hands re-attached (remember earlier in the movie she removed her arm, and when Finklestein put it back, he had to sew it on again) but exactly how did she get her shoe back? Did her leg hop back into it (possible, but in the confusion you think it would have better things to do) did Oogie put it back on (really out of character)? I know the most likey reason is that they didn't think to use one of the shoeless legs (they would have had them for the previos scene, so it's not like all of the legs have the shoe molded on. and the legs are on wire to bend, so the "we only have crooked legs and we need a straight one" doesn't work either.

Looks like Megan's ain't gonna have heels anymore but not a new costume either. Sorry for the spoilers but check for yourself. Haven't seen Zatanna's new look so maybe she might ditch her boots and go for high heeled shoes but there's a low chance of that happening since Philip Bourassa seems to be designing more practical costumes so it isn't likely but as a YJ fan I like the new designs I see and I'm really excited for Invasion and who's to say there won't be any shoe loss this is fiction and it's not like we haven't seen a girl lose a shoe in an improbable way and we don't know what Greg Weisman has planned in the script.

I'm not sure we can count Me'gann's heels out quite yet. That costume looks an awful lot like her "stealth suit"; the costume she already wears when the mission invloves concealment, which was always flat. They may have simply used a clip cell of her in it. Since so far the majority of the missions have involved one or another "stealth mission" (there are multiple forms, yesterdays episode had them suiting up "polar stealth") if they picked a random base the odds of it being in her stealth uniform are actually more likely. There is also the possibility of them using it because MM's is going to use that costume for the duration of the arc then go back to her old one. If the arc invovles the YJ tean being on constant call, I can easily see MM deciding to make the stealth version her default for the moment. BTW to make things sourer, yesterdays episode gave us a clue as to what Zatarra's stealth is going to look like, and it looks like that is going to be flat too, assuming her polar is typical (it might not, it sorta just looked like she had put on a parka and dressed herself as a person going out into cold weather would) . And we still might have a chance with Artemis (her superhero costume may be flat, but she does wear heeled boots as part of her casual clothes)

Well, the first episode of the new series showed up, and, regrattably, I looks like Omega is right, Me'ganns now wearing the stealth suit as her default. There are a few more females on the team, but it looks like they are all in flats as well, Batgirl included (Wonder Girl actually just wears sneakers) Zatarra is still in heeled boots, but since she is now a member of the actualy Justice Leauge, we probably won't see much of her.

Another anime I remember (unfortunately, the actual title escapes me, but it was on Sci-Fi's Ani-mondays) It was about a boy who was pulled out of our world into a desert dimension under a brutal dictator. Near the middle he escapes with a girl who has the power to call down rain. As they are escaping, the wake up some sort of desert living carnivorous plant. In the ensuing battle, the girl loses one of her tan boots and the boy one of his red sneakers. The next episode we see him , and he has wrapped his feet in rags, since he has given his remaining shoe to the girl to wear. She remains in this mismached footwear for about another episode or two until they reach a rebel encampment, where the lady that they lodge with gives them both new pairs of shoes.
I also remember another one where a woman driving a car had it stall out on her, broke her heel kicking the bumper, and then for some reason removed the broken heeled boot and walked along in one.
Finally there was an episode of Monster! near the middle (mid fifties, I think) where we see a flashback of when the drunk woman first met the villian, just before, she broke one of her strapped heels and had it off when she saw him.

The Powerpuff Girls- A rather short one. In the episode Subsititute Creature, during one of the girls fanatasy montages (while they are imaging what the teacher (a monster) is going to do to thier classmates while they are locked inside the hear him offer to push one of the girls on the swing and in thier minds eye view nightmare both of her Mary Janes have falled off (7:13)

deo_3f3a3a3fb.html

There are also at least two comic book related ones (though I cant remember which issue) There was one where most of the citizens of Townsville (though unfortunately, not the girls themselves) were hopping around in one shoe, due to Mojo having stolen all of the left socks in the city. Another issue had a scene where Sedusa throws one of her boots at a television.

Few more

Family Guy- near the end of the season 10 episode lottery fever, the family is sitting on the curb after blowing through thier lottery winnings. they then win again only to blow through that and wind up on the same curb. The second time, Lois is missing one of her black heels (18:30) http://www.hulu.com/watch/282333/family-guy-lottery-fever

Also one of the people managed to find youtube videos of the other two Mussc she losses I mentioned (though the angela's airplane one seem to not be working)

F4B&lf=plpp_video

EDIT 2 (few more I remember)

Kappa Mikey. There are a plentiful number of episdoes that show both Lily and Misuki in their sock feet (this is taking place in Japan after all) but the scene I am thinking of occurs in the episode "Mikey at the Bat" The main villian in this episode is Socky, a sock puppet and star of a rival TV show. In one scene near the middle, Lily is sitting at a table (either having lunch or signing autographs I forget which) when you hear Socky's voice. When Lily looks under the table she sees Socky on her foot. This isn't a great one shoe scene (I'm not sure if her other, shod foot is even in the picture) but she does bring up the question of where her shoe has gone (Socky reply's it is chilling at his place).

Mike, Lu and Og. Dont; remember the episode title, but there was an episode where Mike threw one of her sneakers out of the window to shut a boy who was making too much noise up. She then walked around in one sneaker for most of the rest of the episdoe, as the boy was wearing the shoe she threw around his neck, as a love charm.

I'm assuming the her you mean is Jeharra; as of now from when I am watching, the older sister has only been in one episode (not counting a flashback) For her, I still love the "magnet" idea (actually that might be something they would actually do since one of the male bad guys wears armor shoes too, and none of them do) She also might take them off on purpose in some "soft" scene. it's part of the canon that she has a serios crush on the armored guy, and if there is ever something like a "love" card, I can easily see an episode of them doing mushy stuff, which could include things like barefoot walks on the beach. There alreay was an episode where we saw her in a bed, but like a lot of cartoon characters, she apparantly sleeps in her clothing, shoes included.
The sister is another matter. The magnet trick would not really work with her, since her shoes appear to be bronze, not iron (non magnetic) they are however a lot lower than Jeharra's, coming up only to the ankle, so they would be easier to lose. They sorta look like something you would expect to see on the feet of a female Gundam (actually I'm wondering if the animator has a shoe fetish himself, almost as soon as you meet her, there is a closeup of one of her feet as she puts her foot up on a rock to dust her shoe off.) but the only other thing I can think of, is if it turns out there is a "tickle" card (hey there have been wierder ones already there is already a laugh card and a sad card) Though that could get really dirty, really quick (it is a kids cartoon after all)

Edit:
Giving more bolter to my Magnet plan, todays episode sthowed that there actually is a "Thorn" card
Edit 2: and a "steel" card (steel, iron basically the same)

As much as I would like it to be so, I think this one may be another of those "foot fade" pictures I mentioned, not a shoe loss.

Couple more manga notes

I may have secrewed up the numer of the Nana volume with the shoe loss, it may be 17, not 21.

Speaking of Nana, I forgot volume 18. There's no shoe loss in the actual comic, but the Japanese version of the volume features a cover picture of one of the girls in a hotel room, with one white boot off.

Are these all the first volume of said series?

Don't know, I can't read Japanese. And while I do keep a list of manga of the publisher I have looked at, it only tells me the number of the book, not where it sits in that story series (books get assigned a number based on when they were published, so those numbers are not sequential) I tend to assume the bottom one is not, based on the "2" on the cover.

Another entry on my "list of books with good 1 shoe pictures"

http://www.amazon.com/Childs-Garden-Verses-Robert-Stevenson/dp/B000I3MS36

This version has 3 1 shoe pictures (all Mary Janes) plus 4-5 of girls with 1 Mary Jane unstrapped. Respectively they are in The Swing (Girl loses 1 black Mary Jane while swinging) For my Child (Girl loses 1 black mary Jane whille skipping) and I think Picture books in winter (Girl has removed 1 brown mary jane while she sits reading)

Well, you could add the oldest sister of the girl on Tai Chi Chasers. I like to keep my lists short, that way it stays interesting. If it happened to every female in every show I ever watched, it would be too common to really care about. Plus, to do that it would have to get really gimmiky, and you know how I feel about that.

I meant scanlations, which exist online.

Here is Bakufuu Cinderella Sensen. Chapter 21 of Nana didn't have a shoe loss, but I think it's the same one that happened in the anime (maybe it you got Chapter 21 of the manga mixed up with Episode 21 of the anime).

Neither, I meant VOLUME 21 of the Manga which happens to cover the same loss as anime episode 21.

Oh and having gone through the scanalation, there's actially a MISSING one shoe pic. The Orginal Japanese version has side margin pictures which must have been removed or cropped from the translated version they were using and one one of the pages of the second loss is a chibified picture of the stundent massing in rescue follwing the racoon, (who has the sneaker on it's head) towards a chibified tied up, one shoed picture of our heroine (I just flipped so I didn't see her name).

EDIT

Here's a link to one of the mangas I mentioned. Unfortunetely I got a lot of these mangas dmaged so I took the pictures and tossed the rest out, which means I have no clue which volumes they came from. And of the 5 I had on my shelf, this is the onyl one with a link to the ISBN. (for the record the other 4 were volumes 1884,1232,665 and 487)

oh and while i don't have a copy I also remember there was a shoe loss in volume 21 of Nana.
