I like that they walk tiptoed on their unshoed foot too. But I also don't mind the unshoed foot being in a stocking. Bare is okay, but stocking-clad is more elegant-looking. One thing though: I do not like the girls wearing pants when they are one-shoed. They really should be in a skirt or at least a nice dress. No pants, shorts, sweats, etc for me.

Here's a scene from the cult classic Freaks and Geeks (episode 3: Tricks and Treats), the female lead, trying to fit in with her new friends, goes around destroying random jack-o-lanterns. She tries to smash it with her foot only to get her shoe stuck in it. She winds up running away with one shoe, one sock, and carrying the jack-o-lantern with her stuck shoe in it.

Promo image for an upcoming cartoon called Amphibia. Hope this reflects the actual show and isn't just added flair for the promo pic. Not very up on anime or cartoons, but this one intrigued me, although I find the character a bit too young-looking for my tastes. Here's a good real-life rendition of how I think Frenda should really look like. Far more adult-looking, and can't you just see the blade snapping out from the face of one of those heels? I found this pic while looking for something completely unrelated and thought "Wow! Now if only she had on that beret. So I did a search and found a pic of a beret that was angled just right and just the right color, then through the miracle of Microsoft Paint, I sized it and plopped it onto the woman's head and voila! This is what Frenda should look like in a live-action film version of the comic. Just some fun with paint. Any thoughts?
