Got some more shoe loss scenes. I'll start mentioning places I used to find these instances going forward, though just keep in mind that they may not be there forever. And of course, the places I mentioned may not be the only source or sources available.
Barnaby Jones Season 3, Episode 2 - A woman loses a shoe during a car accident in the very beginning of the episode, it's later put back on. She's wearing stockings or nylons. (YouTube and M4UHD.tv)
Barnaby Jones Season 3, Episode 9 - A woman is hit by a car and loses a shoe, you can see her foot while she's on the ground and when she's put in the car's trunk. She's wearing stockings or nylons. 9 minutes in. (YouTube and M4UHD.tv)
On a sidenote, I started trying to watch Barnaby Jones because of this website (http://www.geocities.ws/droppedit2003/mo...t/TEXTMOV2.html). It mentions 2 episodes with shoe loss scenes with one apparently taking place in one of the earlier seasons. However, with the places I've been able to watch the episodes on (YouTube and M4UHD.tv), I don't remember any other shoe loss scenes from earlier seasons. There was an instance in Season 6, Episode 19 (29.5 minutes in) where Barnaby and JR go to a woman's place and question her. She answers the door in one shoe but that's because she was in the process of removing them. You couldn't get a good look at her foot so I didn't mention it above. I might've either forgotten the early season shoe loss scene that website mentions or that part of the episode wasn't included in the version I watched. Not sure but if any of you are able to find it, let me know.
Gintama Episode 117 - Tae attacks Otohime with her white socked foot and is left in one sandal. 16 minutes in. Tae is also shown in one sandal and white sock in Episode 118 at 4.5 minutes in as well as 19 minutes 10 seconds in. (Gogoanime)

CSI: Miami Season 5, Episode 2 - Calleigh's car is hit into the water, she discards her heels while escaping and is left barefoot. Almost 4.5 minutes in. (Amazon Prime Video)
I think I've seen at least 2 other scenes in CSI: Miami (both in Season 8, Amazon Prime Video for them as well) where a female character's foot was exposed (first was a hostage situation where a woman's shoe was removed to check her pulse (Episode 2) and the second was when a woman's body was found in an elevator shaft (Episode 17) but the scenes weren't super long and the shot of the character's foot wasn't that great in my opinion so I didn't list them).
Any time I watch CSI: Miami, I question why the female characters wear high heels to crime scenes, it just doesn't make sense to me to be honest lol.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Season 8, Episode 8 - In a scenario for a mystery solving game being played with some of the characters, Wendy falls off a ladder in the lab and loses a heel. She's barefoot. 23.5 minutes in. (Hulu)
Fairy Tail Final Series Episode 8 - Mirajane gets hit with a bottle and loses a shoe. She's barefoot. 7 minutes 15 seconds in. (Gogoanime)

Sounan desu ka? Episode 1 - Homare is seen in one shoe in the beginning of the episode when she and the other girls have washed ashore. She's wearing white socks. (Gogoanime)
Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san Episode 12 - Sophie goes out for a flight before realizing she forgot to put on her shoes. She's wearing black stockings or nylons. 13 minutes 20 seconds in. (Gogoanime)
Seikon no Qwaser Episode 12 - Eva Silver loses a shoe while fighting Sasha. She's wearing stockings or nylons. 1 minute 40 seconds in. (Gogoanime)
Grisaia no Kajitsu Episode 7 - Sachi's parents are hit by a drunk driver, both have lost either one or both of their shoes. The mother appears to be wearing stockings or nylons. 16 minutes 57 seconds in. (Gogoanime)

Big City Greens Season 3, Episode 18B - Nancy loses a boot when she's almost hit by a car while fixing a road. I was actually expecting her to be barefoot but she was actually wearing a white and purple sock. 18 minutes 40 seconds in. (Apple TV)
The Casagrandes Season 3, Episode 23B - Carlota loses a shoe while trying to play soccer. She's wearing white and gray socks. 14 minutes in. (Google Play)
Also, the third season of Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz finally became available on Amazon Prime Video last year if I'm not mistaken. I haven't seen all the episodes yet but I did find some instances of shoe loss in it.
Season 3, Episode 1 - Dorothy removes her Ruby Slippers and gives them to someone who can fix them since they aren't working properly (the Wicked Witch of the West in disguise) and is left in white socks. Almost 9 minutes in. (Amazon Prime Video)
Season 3, Episode 2 - Dorothy is in white socks for most of the episode. Gets the Ruby Slippers back around 9.5 minutes in. (Amazon Prime Video)
Season 3, Episode 3 - You can see the Wicked Witch of the East's white and black striped socks after she is crushed by Dorothy's house. 9 minutes 50 seconds in. You can also see Dorothy without shoes before the Ruby Slippers magically appear on her feet (she's probably wearing white socks like she normally does but it's a closeup). (Amazon Prime Video)
Season 3, Episode 26 - The Wicked Witch of the West loses the Silver Slippers because of gumdrops leaving her in black and purple striped socks at 10 minutes 7 seconds in. You can also see parts of her black and purple striped socks starting at 9 minutes 12 seconds in. Unfortunately the loss is temporary as she escapes with the Silver Slippers offscreen. And it doesn't look like Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz will get a Season 4. (Amazon Prime Video)

I was watching hulu the other day and a commercial came on, I think it was a gum commercial but I'm not sure what it was for specifically. Anyway, in this commercial a pretty girl floats out of her shoes and there's a nice close up of her feet lifting out of them. Sadly she wasn't wearing stockings, but still it looked cool and I think the barefoot fans would love it. I haven't been able to find the commercial since then, but if any of you guys know what I'm talking about and can provide a link or more details on it I would appreciate it.
