True but given that her original costume's shoes were just felt booties, I would question if they had the weight to pull off the trick in this scene (then again given that these boots just seem to be floppy cloth as well, I question how it worked in THIS version)

Disappointing. She's wearing socks instead of nylons, there's no closeups and we don't even get to see her lose her shoe.

I did watch Birds of Prey the other day and though it's probably not high on many of your radars because she doesn't wear nylons, but there is another shoeless scene at the end involving socks.
Spoilers ahead:
For some reason she was able to change into rollerskates for her climax fight, to which her teammates even quip "when did she have time to do a shoe change?"
After a rollerskate chase, Harley Quinn takes them off and spends the rest of the movie regular black socks. So for anyone wondering what she would typically wear under her shoes? Looks like black socks.
I mean they should have at least made her wear mismatched socks or something since she's crazy and all.

Were those black socks thin and sheer? I don't mind scenes with socks as long as they're thin and sheer. They don't have to be completely sheer, but the sheerer the better. Thick socks and bare feet never interested me. But sheer socks and stockings absolutely do which is why I love this website. BosArt has done a few comics that feature bare feet and socks, but I'm glad the main focus is nylons. I understand that it's not to everyone's taste, but I feel like you can find barefoot and thick sock content everywhere. Sheer socks and nylons are a rare treat.

I'm with you Mandrake. The main female character in my novel starts out in 1 shoe and 1 nyloned foot after losing a shoe escaping from the bad guys. But her stockings are ruined and she ditches them early for a "rig" given to her by the hero in my novel made from an elastic bandage and a cut down piece of cardboard to shield her otherwise bare foot. Later on even this rig is lost and she finishes the story in 1 shoed foot and 1 bare foot. I guess I cover all the bases here.

Nope, they were just plain black ankle socks. I liked them, but I wish they were white or another colour.

One more long scene that I recently came across.
On Star Trek: Picard, episode 6 - one of the female characters played by Isa Briones, is convinced to go into a chamber to pray. As one of the requirements, she must remove her boots (barefoot) to enter the space. As she's praying, she gets betrayed and escapes. She spends the rest of the episode barefoot. In the next episode she has escaped with Picard to a planet where they land in a forest. She's still barefoot during this whole time until they find safety and she's afforded a shower to clean up.
Trying not to spoil too much for those who intend to watch the show.

I’ve known about this scene since Droppedit was still active but I couldn’t find the movie online for years until now. The main character spends the majority of the film in one shoe but unfortunately it’s only bought up once and we don’t get any closeups after the initial loss plus all the few full body shots we do get her feet are obscured by darkness.
However this is one other one shoe scene with another character.

Speaking of Dropedit, I have been search for years in vain for Gabriel's Fire Episode 10 titled Windows where one of the main female characters loses a shoe and is in one shoe for a substantial part of the episode. Apparently it was one of the better one shoe sequences on the list, but since the show only ran 1 season and has not been released on DVD, it is impossible to find. One season also precludes it from ever being show in syndication.

There was a tv series called lost girl and in one episodes called I fought the fae and the fae won. She took off one boot and then left it on the floor and walked out wearing only one high heeled knee high boot. There are a few more very brief one boot scenes in other episodes. It's not on DVD.

I looked it up and according to Wikipedia it has actually been released on DVD, although it was 5-10 years ago so it's probably out of print if that's what you mean. You can also find functioning torrents of all the seasons on pirate bay if you know how to do that.
