Basically there's a couple versions of it, but the cute girl asks the guy to pick up her shoe for her. As they're going to do it, they ask if they have a boyfriend. They respond "yes" to the question and the guy kicks their shoe away as a result.
The other second most popular option is once they're about to get the shoe back, they say "thanks uncle" as if to say the guy is too old for them, which results in their shoe getting thrown away.
It is a meme, but there's actually a series of different actions/words said, but this is the only one that involves shoes.
