Not sure if this was posted but, I just watched Bridget Jones' Baby on the plane (don't judge) and there were two shoe loss scenes for those fans of Renee Zellweger.
I think about 10-15 minutes in, Bridget Jones decides to hang out with her younger friend who doesn't tell her they're heading to a music festival (presumably Glastonbury).
Bridget Jones is wearing white high heels and steps in mud and falls on her face before prince charming comes to the rescue and places her muddy heel back on her foot.
The second loss comes shortly after as she has a one night stand (now wearing wellies) and stomps off in her walk of shame through the muddy ground. Her boot gets stuck in the mud and she walks off without it.

Not sure if anyone has seen this yet, but in the movie Wild with Reese Witherspoon, she has a scene where her character is frustrated and takes her hiking boots off and throws them away.
Haven't seen the movie yet, but apparently it's in the opening scene.
