Is she wearing nylons in that episode?
To contribute, here's a video I made sometime back but never published. You don't actually see any shoe loss, but there is a lot of talk about it:

I've noticed that more and more shows/movies are using the classic horror scene where the main heroine has to crawl through a vent or ladder from a sewer and right when she reaches the top, something grabs her foot. Sadly, I haven't seen any shoe loss scenes yet.
Any one have any luck with something like that?
For some inspiration (can't find the Youtube for these), but here are some situations:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 1, Episode 2 (Titled the Harvest)
Buffy goes to rescue a classmate who has been taken to the sewers. Unfortunately for her, she doesn't realize that the classmate has been turned into a vampire. With Xander by her side, they escape the sewers. Being the slayer, she is the last to go up. As she makes it to the top of the sewer, a vampire grabs her foot (she's wearing ankle boots). I'm pretty sure if Xander wasn't around, Buffy would have lost her boot for sure. Anyway, Xander winds up helping her by pulling her out and exposing the vampire's hand to the sun, causing it to burn and releases Buffy's booted foot.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 2, Episode 20 (Titled the Harvest)
Toward the end of this episode, Buffy is trapped in a pit of water fighting some mutated creatures. As she becomes overwhelmed, Xander, again, comes to her rescue by reaching down into the pit. Buffy grabs his arm and as she is being pulled out, one of the creatures grabs her foot (she's wearing sneakers this time). I guess the water was too slippery or something, but the creature loses its grip and she escapes.
There's another episode of Buffy, very similar to the one in season one (happens in season 7), but instead of the tug of war over her boot, Buffy is able to kick the creature off her foot and have her mentor pull her out of a pit.
Chernobyl Diaries
In this recently released movie, at the end of the movie, a group of characters are escaping the mutated zombie like creatures. Two make it to the top, a girl, the last one trying to climb the ladder, has her foot grabbed by one of the creatures. It looks like she's wearing Ugg like shoes, so they should slip off easily, but sadly, she gets pulled down and presumably killed.
One Missed Call (English Remake)
There's one scene where the main character climbs through a vent to find a dead body (cursed dead body at that). The body comes alive, and she frantically climbs through the vent to escape it. The body reaches here, but instead of grabbing on to her foot, it crawls over her and lies on top of her (creepy scene, but no shoe loss!).
Too many close calls, but I haven't seen any actual losses. Any recommends?

Only time I actually remember seeing that happen to a girl is in Aliens near the end when Ripley's sneaker is pulled off by the queen alien as she tries to climb away.

There is one in the original Japanese version.

Ah yes, I've seen that one - not a bad scene, but hoping there would be more to it.

I guess I just really like that predicament where a female lead is being chased and has to climb up something only to have her foot grabbed and then, her footwear comes off.
Fantomaz - definitely going to check out Rec 3
Any movie, show, etc with shoe loss AND continuity? Fine by me!
If you've ever seen that old Japanese cartoon show, Centurions, there was one scene where the female character had to escape through the sewer and one of the villains grabs her foot (wearing white boots) and... nothing happens. That's one of those scenes that really stood out for me.
A couple of other oldies that could have been so much more:
Barb Wire with Pamela Anderson, towards the end of the movie, the villain traps her foot between a forklift and a car. She struggles and just when you think she'll take her boot off, she slips free. Though, to be fair Stan Lee did the right thing when he made Stripperella.
There was a B-movie called Arachnid where the lead actress falls into a pit and has her hiking boot removed by a spider somehow. It was a brief scene as she got her boot back almost immediately.
In the 1988 remake of the Blob there was a similar scene to Barb Wire where the lead female character gets her foot trapped, but again, somehow struggles free with no worse for wear.
Sadly, I think the best scene I've seen of this was from an old Ghostbusters cartoon episode. It's sad because a) Ghostbusters are all guys and b) it would be perfect if they replaced the scenario with a female character instead.

Hey, Zeiram, nice to see you joined.
I actually have a friend who asked you to do some of those commissions (I'm doing one for him now which I really need to finish), and I asked him to send me some copies. Soem of those are entirely new to me, such as the last one.
EDIT: This reminds me that I really need to redraw the three pictures I have and put them up on DA.

Great pics, Zeiram. I love the way you draw their expressions when they lose their shoes.
