It appears that the movie Tales from the Dark 1 has a whole section featuring a one shod ghost girl. I haven't been able to find a movie link (at least, not one that doesn't require paying or my computer warns me is full of spyware) but I did find this still

Are there really many one-shoed anime figures?
Regarding my vision for the figurines, I wouldn't be an anime figurines. I am not into anime and I don't know what makes good or bad anime character figurine, so mine would be just women. Looking very good and wearing only one item of footwear, for sure! |

I suppose there are not that many when considered as a fraction of the whole of all Anime Figures but there are still a significant amount. I have something like 30 or so, and there are at least that many out there I don't have (before anyone asks, no I can't do pictures of my collection. Nearly all are still in their original boxes, and my cameras flash will just blank out on the Mylar windows in
Actually now that I think of it, there are actually TWO for this series. There is also a student figurine from one of the little kit series that has one loafer off.
Actually, now that I think of it, quite a few of the ones I have would best be described as induce-able single show figurines. That is, they are made in such a manner than one shoe is dangle-able off the foot. Leave that shoe off and voila!, single shoe figurine.

There is also a semi-famous figure (or more accurately figure model) of Mizuho Kazami from Please Teacher wearing a black catsuit that is either being created or dissolving digitally leaving one leg and foot bare while the other has a stiletto boot/legging on it.
As for whether I'd buy such things, I am of two minds. It's hard enough to keep up with the single shoe anime figurines that come out NOW, having a chain of custom ones out there would probably bankrupt me!

Maybe they'll get back again once they finish the Oz bit. And if they did, it would be a lot since she actually lost her boot BEFORE going into Wonderland (we saw it on the opening panel) so she would have only one the WHOLE time there.
I also seem to recall there being at least one shoe dangle/putting on shoes heel lift in the Oz part as well.
Oh and since you were looking for single shoe manga. I should have mentioned that once of the volumes of Gunsmith Cats has a very long one where the younger of the two kicks off one of her sneakers to try to blow up a bad guy (she packs them with C4) and stays in one for most of the chapter before trying the same thing again with her other shoe.

I afraid I can't. Most came from Japanese Manga books (as in the actual kind from Japan) I bought, and I didn't pay much attention to which volume had what (I just would flip through, and. if there was a shoe loss scene, I bought the volume). Most of the rest came from larger "Graphic" books. The manga ones would have all been published in the Ribon Mascot series, but since that is currently something like 2000 volumes long, that isn't much help.
The one other I can identify is the top of the last page (the girl on the couch in the arms of the boy) That's from Revolutionary Girl Untena. I have found two other shoe loss pictures there (not included becuase you she is wearing sneakers, and the topic was loafer loss), one of the main character kicking off her shoes as she runs up stairs and the other of a boy pulling her shoe and sock off to look at her injured foot (the latter is in the anime as well). There is also one of the girl who is in this illustration with two different shoes (bow tie on one, band on the other) probably a drawing error.

Actually, if you go through enough, you find they lose them fairly frequently (though not as frequently as they pull them off to throw at people). Though, in fairness, most of the examples I have seen with loss involve significant force (being knocked over, falling down stairs, being assaulted, falling out of a swing, etc.)
The losses should be even more frequent when you consider that Japanese etiquette says you should avoid touching your shoes when you put them on if at all possible, so sooner or later the backs of nearly all pairs get mashed down into nothing and they functionally become mules.

I don't think it actually BELONGS to anything. If I recall from when it showed up on Deviantart, the artist said it was a preliminary sketch for an Alice in Wonderland comic they PLANNED to do, but whether they ever actually DID it, I do not know.

Pages 3-4 of the batgirl comic (after the batman one) I'd tell you the specific page number, but the start re-numbering with each new story.
