Sort of. The main difference between the current series and the classic is that they have make her stocking much lighter purple and her shoes much darker purple (whereas they used to be more or less the same color.)
her'e the promo (around 0:45 is a good point to see Daphne's current outfit)

Dorothy and The Wizard of Oz Season 1 Episode 19 "If the Shoe Fits"
Double single shoe. For a lot of the episode, Dorothy is in one Ruby Slipper and Wilhelmina is in one as well. Later at the end when Dorothy get's the other slipper back, Wilhelmena doesn't get her boot back and we see her in one boot and one striped stocking.
Be Cool Scooby Doo, Season 2 Episode 4 "How to Train Your Coward"
Daphne takes off one of her sneakers to hit a monster. |
Episode 7 "Halloween" also features Daphne in one shoe, dressed as a zombie Velma.

I checked back. I looks like they were attached to the stilts she was wearing to make herself look taller, and she discarded them when she used one of the stilts to plug a speargun.
Though, if one steps back from ones fetish and looks at it logically it does make sense, they aren't exactly the ideal footwear for adventuring (beyond the heel thing, they slip on and off rather easily)
And in this universe given how she got them they wouldn't have the built in tech they do in some of the other ones.
Speaking of signature shoes looks like Daphne's now has an official in Canon name
