it's actually a high heel with a broken heel. you can see it if you look closely. from other pics you can find on the net it seems as if she might have broken off the other heel on purpose to gain flats. in the demo she's wearing different high heels without straps. no idea if she changes shoes at some point or looses them in an accident or if the whole damaged shoe theme is just concept art ...

I don't know if this is concept art, part of a cut scene or actually happening in game. it's definitely not in the free demo, but maybe someone has tried the full game already (available on steam for PC) ...

stumbled upon this scene in Witcher 3: during a wedding the witcher can participate in a Cinderella game. a maid throws one of her shoes into a pond and her prince charming has to dive in and fetch her shoe. more than one shoe to find in the pond. sadly game doesn't go on until you find the right shoe, meaning you can't leave your Cinderella in just one boot. didn't find out if you actually can find the other Cinderellas at the party. The scene is part of the hearts of stone add on, so it takes some hours of gameplay until you can start the task during which you are invited to a wedding by your friend Shani ...

I thought about converting it into an ecomic and then eventually extend it. flash games turned out to be too much work and in my opinion still are not really "gamey". not really fun to replay it with just a few options to choose from. I'd need a development team like an independent game studio to realize a fun flash game in acceptable variety and quality. Madrake posted something like that in an earlier posting, and he is absolutely right.

my opinion: makes sense for a larger community which we are not. if I would use such abbrevations for ecomics I would also have to explain what it means on each publication just to make sure it is understood correctly. besides in my case and for my ecomics I would need more variants like OSOANFT for "one shoe off and nylon foot tickled"
