Possible future one shoe sighting
I saw something online that suggests that casting is underway for a movie version (or possibly television series) of Tonya Hurley's Ghostgirl series of books. Assuming this goes through, one can assume that whoever is playing Prue will be in one shoe all the time (since that is part of her character description).

There was also an episode where Daisy Duck removes one of her shoes so Donald can rub her foot. While not as good in terms of single shoe-ness (most of Daisy's foot remains below the edge of the canoe they are fishing in, it is somewhat interesting in that it shows just how wide Daisy's foot is (the same size and shape as Donald's) versus the with of her shoe (her foot more or less unrolls)

Some people were disappointed that there were no losses in the anime, but I do like these ones in the Pokémon Special manga. |

Yes those are they. Little dissapointed they are both male characters (I've only ever seen the anime, so I get confused as to who is gold, silver etc. and thought Silver was the female character.)

Need some help with this one
Based on a comment in TV tropes it sounds like there may be a shoe/boot loss in a volume of Pokemon Special (based on my best guess I'd say volume 10 or 11) However I can't seem to find a site for reading these two volumes (the main site I found skips from volume 9 to 12) and the only other one requires I belong to facebook to read it, which I don't (and do not want to)

Also getas should probably be rated a little higher up the list than flip-flops/sandals if you count the inconveniencing factor as part of the desirability equation. A person who loses a geta would be in more trouble walking than one losing a sandal for the same reason as high heel beats flat (greater the heel/platform height, greater the difference in leg length between a foot wearing one and one not). This would be doubly so in this case, since they appear to be tengu geta (one platform in the middle, as opposed to two) which are even harder to balance on (so hard, I'm not 100% sure that anyone can actually wear them in real life, they tend to only show up in folklore and animation)

Teen Titans Go! Scary Figure Dance
This episode features TWO different scenes with Jinx barefoot, once when she is in her Halloween costume (as a cave girl)* and once during the actual Spooky Figure Dance video (a parody of the Monster Mash) when she is a barefoot peasant.)
The episode also features Raven in a witch costume which includes blocky buckled high heeled shoes.
*Though, in true cartoon logic, once she jump scares out of her costume, her boots are back on.

Actually, given how many characters in DBZ wear these tights (as part of Saiyan/Planet Patrol armor/uniform) it's a bit of a surprise that this never happened in the actual show. What is even a bigger surprise, I guess is that given how much abuse most of the DBZ characters endure, none of them have ever had their boots knocked off or destroyed (the rest of the armor certainly gets messes up all the time) I can only suppose that Planet Patrol boots (and gloves) are made of something that is RIDICULOSLY durable.
And someone else has commemorated out favorite Sailor Moon meme

Normally I wouldn't think this merited even mention here, since it is so bad, but since (based on the nature of thier work) I know several people in this group have a certain fondness for the Sonic the Hedgehog/ Mobian world. I should not that the Sonic Boom episode "Designated Heroes" has a really nasty example of a shoe tease. In one point in the episode, Dr. Eggman tricks Sticks into removing her shoes and leaving them with him. This has absolutely no impact on the episode plot (unlike the rest of the items he tricks the characters out of, he never actually uses the shoes for anything, nor is it explained why he would want then instead of, say, Sticks's boomerang (which is her actual weapon) . But it does get a little funny to see how for the rest of the episode, the animators, realizing that they have literally drawn themselves into a corner (it's a CGI show, and they obviously forgot that drawing a completely different set of feet for the computer would take a lot of time.) Go to such extraordinary lengths to hide Stick's feet for the rest of the episode; filling the scenery with conveniently placed barrels, rocks and so on (and yes, for the few scenes where Stick's feet are seen (when she is running etc), she does still have her shoes on (you have to run those scenes in slow motion to see it though.) Be Cool, Scooby Doo!
By and large this new iteration of the Scooby Doo franchise is unlikely to provide much in the way of interesting shoe loss scenes, due in no small part to the animators decision to eschew Daphne's purple hose and heels look in favor of purple socks and sneakers. Nonetheless there ARE a few shoeless pics so far.
Episode one, we see most of one of Daphne's socks, since she is using her feet (as well as her hands) to operate four sock puppets at once (one of the features of this version is that Daphne is now noted for doing some bizarre and quirky thing repeatedly each episode. (0:25)

Probably a committed one too, since a nitpicky person might say that a shoe loss like that is impossible (it's not like she is wearing pumps; those are high tightly laced boots, the kind that need a lot of adjusting to even get into. Kicking boots like that off is hard) and he even went so far as to eschew having her walk off the dais straight (which would have been a much cheaper, easier animation) in favor of having her walk off diagonally (which is more labor intensive and expensive, but gives us a nice sexy side view of her stocking foot)
Actually we may be giving praise to the wrong person. The writer presumably wrote nothing more than "girl tries to do can-can kick, kicks off shoe". It is probably the animator who decided to render this scene in such a manner. He or She is probably the one in our club (the same as our member in the Disney animators pool)

This was on the original list I made up when I joined this site, but back then I did not have a link available

One thing I always found odd is that Penny's mom does not seem to notice or comment on the fact that her daughter is missing a sneaker (especially considering that she needs her to go into a barn with a dirt and presumably manure covered floor) I guess Mrs. Sanchez is REALLY focused on getting that horse born!

Pig Goat Banana Cricket
Episode 4, "The Chronicles of Cutesachussets"
After goat takes her blindfold off and sees she is standing in the middle of a highway she has a brief "flying out of her shoes take" (similar to the one Starfire had in the Teen Titans episode with the dance) (8:52)

(best I could currently find on Youtube. It's the same problem that there is with videos of the Minor Monogram Phineas and Ferb episode, the shoe loss is so far down near the bottom of the screen that full screen cropping cuts it off.
