Yup. I tend to watch the original first if possible before starting any remakes. If I do find any scenes in the Hawaii Five-O remake that aren't posted here, I'll post them for sure once I check it out.

Got some more shoe loss scenes. I'll start mentioning places I used to find these instances going forward, though just keep in mind that they may not be there forever. And of course, the places I mentioned may not be the only source or sources available.
Barnaby Jones Season 3, Episode 2 - A woman loses a shoe during a car accident in the very beginning of the episode, it's later put back on. She's wearing stockings or nylons. (YouTube and M4UHD.tv)
Barnaby Jones Season 3, Episode 9 - A woman is hit by a car and loses a shoe, you can see her foot while she's on the ground and when she's put in the car's trunk. She's wearing stockings or nylons. 9 minutes in. (YouTube and M4UHD.tv)
On a sidenote, I started trying to watch Barnaby Jones because of this website (http://www.geocities.ws/droppedit2003/mo...t/TEXTMOV2.html). It mentions 2 episodes with shoe loss scenes with one apparently taking place in one of the earlier seasons. However, with the places I've been able to watch the episodes on (YouTube and M4UHD.tv), I don't remember any other shoe loss scenes from earlier seasons. There was an instance in Season 6, Episode 19 (29.5 minutes in) where Barnaby and JR go to a woman's place and question her. She answers the door in one shoe but that's because she was in the process of removing them. You couldn't get a good look at her foot so I didn't mention it above. I might've either forgotten the early season shoe loss scene that website mentions or that part of the episode wasn't included in the version I watched. Not sure but if any of you are able to find it, let me know.
Gintama Episode 117 - Tae attacks Otohime with her white socked foot and is left in one sandal. 16 minutes in. Tae is also shown in one sandal and white sock in Episode 118 at 4.5 minutes in as well as 19 minutes 10 seconds in. (Gogoanime)

I think I've seen at least 2 other scenes in CSI: Miami (both in Season 8, Amazon Prime Video for them as well) where a female character's foot was exposed (first was a hostage situation where a woman's shoe was removed to check her pulse (Episode 2) and the second was when a woman's body was found in an elevator shaft (Episode 17) but the scenes weren't super long and the shot of the character's foot wasn't that great in my opinion so I didn't list them).
Any time I watch CSI: Miami, I question why the female characters wear high heels to crime scenes, it just doesn't make sense to me to be honest lol.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Season 8, Episode 8 - In a scenario for a mystery solving game being played with some of the characters, Wendy falls off a ladder in the lab and loses a heel. She's barefoot. 23.5 minutes in. (Hulu)

Also, the third season of Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz finally became available on Amazon Prime Video last year if I'm not mistaken. I haven't seen all the episodes yet but I did find some instances of shoe loss in it.
Season 3, Episode 1 - Dorothy removes her Ruby Slippers and gives them to someone who can fix them since they aren't working properly (the Wicked Witch of the West in disguise) and is left in white socks. Almost 9 minutes in. (Amazon Prime Video)
Season 3, Episode 2 - Dorothy is in white socks for most of the episode. Gets the Ruby Slippers back around 9.5 minutes in. (Amazon Prime Video)
Season 3, Episode 3 - You can see the Wicked Witch of the East's white and black striped socks after she is crushed by Dorothy's house. 9 minutes 50 seconds in. Season 3, Episode 26 - The Wicked Witch of the West loses the Silver Slippers because of gumdrops leaving her in black and purple striped socks at 10 minutes 7 seconds in. You can also see parts of her black and purple striped socks starting at 9 minutes 12 seconds in. Unfortunately the loss is temporary as she escapes with the Silver Slippers offscreen. All of those episodes can be found on sites like Gogoanime, 9anime, Kissanime, etc. I don't post a lot of links because after a while, they may not work. This thread has unfortunately accumulated a lot of broken links over the years, especially YouTube videos that aren't available anymore. People looking back at older posts basically have no idea what was being linked. I'd rather describe what it is so anyone can search it and find it, as where it can be found can change as the years keep going by.

Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo
Episode 80 - Almost 6 min in
Kindaichi has a woman remove her shoes to see if she's the culprit. It looks like she's wearing stockings but I'm not 100% sure. She doesn't put her shoe back on until almost 12.5 min in.
Also, in Episode 81, Fumi gets kidnapped by a robber and loses a shoe at the crime scene but we never see her in one shoe.

I remember a future volume of Murder Me Dead being linked here, but basically it was a murder disguised as a suicide if I'm not mistaken. Another woman hung up the victim with the victim losing one of her shoes in the process.

Hawaii Five-O (Classic), Season 2, Episode 14
The wife of a bank's boss gets murdered and for a short time, you can see the lower half of her body on the floor with only one of her white heels on. It's almost 25 minutes in. I think she's wearing stockings or nylons but correct me if I'm wrong.

Every now and then I like to reread this thread from the beginning to see if I overlooked something.
It was actually Episode 13 for Kuromajo-san ga Tooru!!, near the end of the episode.
Choco lost her right high heel in the Demon World and is left in one high heel and a red thigh high sock. While being transported back, you can also see her in one high heel and either a white stocking or thigh high sock, not sure which one to be exact.
It's unfortunate that so many instances have been lost because the links don't work anymore. I wish there was a better way to archive them.

Been a while since my last post. I finally got around to watching Part 6 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and saw there were two instances of shoe loss. I also remember Part 8 has a shoe loss with Yasuho so I'm looking forward to seeing that get animated.

Ermes gets attacked by Foo Fighters and loses one of her shoes. She is in one shoe and a blue sock. She later gets her shoe back offscreen.

Lang Rangler uses his Stand on Jolyne and it causes her boot, her, and other objects to experience zero gravity. She is in one boot and a white sock until the beginning of Episode 11, but her boot is out of frame when she puts it back on.

In the fourth episode of Saber Marionette J, Cherry kicks one of her shoes at her captors and is left in one shoe and a white sock for a bit (14min28sec - 17min44sec). She later recovers it when she frees herself from her restraints to save Otaru.

And yeah, I'm familiar with those exceptions of yours.
Question though, what if the toes were close together? Would it be possible to draw a new line from one side of the foot to the other that covered all the toes and then go in with some editing to make it look like a sock or stocking?
Here's an example I'm referring to. This was previously mentioned in this thread by abzapthane but for anyone who forgot or is unfamiliar, it's from Ultimate Spider-Man ("I Am Spider-Man").
