One more for you guys - from The Batman cartoon that was on a few years ago (not the original animated series).
Detective Yin is captured by the Joker and trapped in a theatre with a sticky floor. After seeing his master plan unfold, she takes off her shoes and attacks him in her socks.
The continuity for this show wasn't very good as when she's rescued, her shoes are back on her feet.
Note: I tried to do the time stamp on the Youtube link but it doesn't seem to work.

Great addition.
BTW, you need to add &t=3m20s to the end of the url for it to work.

House of Anubis There is one shoe removal scene and shoe loss scene in this series.
I found the shoe removal out of pure luck while searching through channels and I found the shoe loss while looking for footage of the shoe removal. I'll upload both links once I find links to videos with good quality.
The shoe removal was in season 2 episode 86. A woman removes her high heeled pump to break glass protecting an ancient artifact.
The shoe loss was in season 2 episode 10. The of ancient ruin is descending down onto two girls and one girl. The trio crawl to get away from the failing ceiling. They're nearly crushed but manage to escape. But one of the girls loses one of her flats.

Been looking for this one for a while.
Zarana from GI Joe gets her foot stuck in some sort of trap. She has to take it off to escape.
Sadly the animation continuity isn't very good as it appears that she has pink socks on, but then right after that, she's barefoot.
She doesn't make any more appearances in this episode so we never get to see where she winds up going.

If this person is comitted to illustrating the whole book, there is a chance of there being a shoe loss picture being posted by her in a few weeks, when she gets to the Wicked Witch (which is chapter 12). I can confirm this as I have no idea which version of the story or scenes the artist is planning (back when I was in correspondance with her, she intimated that they were going with a variation of the Cinar cartoon version of the scen (which would have a shoe removal, but she has changed her style depiction of Oz on an almost weekly basis since then, so what she is planning now I have no idea (as of the last WWW sketch sheet, it looked like she was basing on Hauge, which does NOT have a shoe loss illustration, but she may change back again). She seems to be getting through a chapter ever other day or so, so we probably do not have long to wait.
I've been corresponding with this person for a while |
Well there is godd news and bad news on this front. Thegood news is that the artist finally got to doing a picture of the WWW melting. The bad news, while it is fine for those who wish shoe loss it is not good for single shoe lovers. You can see Dorothy's shoeless foot, and the shoe she lost, but her other foot (the shod one) is hidden behind the Wicked Witches head. This isn't to say the artist wont do another version later (though given that she seems to go back to square 1 with regards to this project every time she sees another interpreation of Oz or another Studio Ghibli film, it may take a while

Alas, I don't think she does. That lump behind her foot
might be her big toe, but given the angle of the rest of her foot, it's probably part of her other foot, so they are both bare.
On my book list I have vauge memories of seeing another one (and sorry this is all the info I remeber) The book was called something like "what happened here?". On the first page you see a mess in a school playground, which includes a single black Mary Jane. The rest of the book is about the events that occurred in the playground that caused the mess. The Mary Jane fell off one of the girls as she fell off the slide and hit one of the teachers. The odd thing is that, on the very last page, you see all of the kids involved in the events in the waiting room of the principals office and dispite the fact it is very clear the first page and the last are happening at the same time, the girl has both shoes back. That's all I really remember and it hasnt been enough to locate the book again (and as I saw it in a library, I don't even know when it was published.

crowd surfing
Annie Clark is seemingly doing a lot of crowd surfing wearing pantyhose and strapped on high heels. at least one incident is known where someone tried to steal one of her shoes. took it off but sadly she managed to get it back. but still came back to the stage wearing just one shoe and holding the other one in her hand. sadly you can't see when her shoe is taken from this angle. but you see her less one shoe ...
Annie Clark crowd surfing
maybe some of you can find videos of this incident taken from other angles. as you can see a lot of people were filming ...
