From a Russian tv show where a pretty lady inspects hotel rooms. At 1h 30m she tries to reach a power outlet above a cabinet by standing on a bed, but she falls and losing her shoes exposing her black stocking feet.

Been a while since my last post. I finally got around to watching Part 6 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and saw there were two instances of shoe loss. I also remember Part 8 has a shoe loss with Yasuho so I'm looking forward to seeing that get animated.

Ermes gets attacked by Foo Fighters and loses one of her shoes. She is in one shoe and a blue sock. She later gets her shoe back offscreen.
Episode 10, 15min55sec - 22min16sec
Lang Rangler uses his Stand on Jolyne and it causes her boot, her, and other objects to experience zero gravity. She is in one boot and a white sock until the beginning of Episode 11, but her boot is out of frame when she puts it back on.

New York Ninja - A B-movie that was filmed in 1984 but was only recently released. Redlettermedia reviewed it. 35mins in a woman in a green dress, heels and tan hose gets attacked by thugs and one of her shoes is pulled off. You see her stocking foot and her feet kicking with one shoe on, but it's quick, so use the pause button.

I do not know if this was already posted on here or not, but this Alison Brie portraying her character Annie Edison in
Community briefly standing with one shoe off in a classroom and puts it back on in Season 1, Episode 4 entitled Social Psychology and I I think that is the only episode of her wearing one shoe. I wish it was her right shoe being off though.

Here's a couple of movie scenes that I recently saw:
1) Sweet Home Alone (also known as Home Alone 6) - this is the 2021 Home Alone movie which features Ellie Kemper (Kimmy Schmidt and Office fame) as one of the lead thieves. I don't have a timestamp, but you can start watching from the point where the thieves start to break-in to see this gag play out. After failing to break-in through the driveway, she heads to the back entrance only to fall into a trap that lights her feet on fire. As a result, her shoes and socks are burned away. She then spends the rest of the movie in her blackened barefeet. This is probably the closest tribute to the original Home Alone trap.
2) Home Alone 3 - not sure if I posted this one before, but the one above reminded me of it. The main villainess jumps over the back gate and lands in a pit of mud in her white snowboots. The next scene shows her out of the pit, but just in her muddy socks - which she stays in for the remainder of the movie.
Now to go find Home Alone 4 and 5 (didn't even know they made that many!)
Bonus: this is an ALMOST shoe loss, but I still count it in my books.
Monster Hunter - at the 30:00 mark Milla Jovovich's character is escaping from a monster spider nest and as she's crawling to the entrance a spider grabs her booted foot and drags her back. She escpaes with some ingenuity and finally climbs out. A few minutes later, after composing herself, she realizes her foot is hurt and removes her own boot to reveal a grey/tan/dirty white sock (desert fatigues) and has to fix her wound before moving on.

Seems that the Japanese and Koreans really like the shoe loss concept on their women in their movies and other artwork. Is there a cultural thing with that?

Don't know. You'd think that, given that both cultures have a standard custom of removing their shoes when they enter houses, Japanese and Koreans (and Chinese as well) would have more than their fill of seeing unshod feet. It's a little hard to develop a fetish for something that is really, really common (the same way that, if you live in a tribe somewhere in the jungle where the women all go around topless, you probably aren't going to get aroused every time you see a naked breast.)
The only thing I can think of is that, SINCE all these cultures are ones where taking off your shoes is such a normal thing, and SINCE it is considered to be good manners to take them off without using you hands (if possible) there is a greater favoritism for shoes that are slip-ons and/or loose. So it may not be so much that Asians find shoe loss more erotic culturally as much as shoe loss is simply commoner there.
That being said, there IS a definite sexual angle in some cases, given how many pieces of anime art I have seen of females either asking their male counterparts to kiss/smell their feet as a sign of submission, or offering footjobs.
