Nice to have in a collection, but I wouldn't call those 'one shoe scenes' - more like few separate frames here and there.
Anyway, the Asians seem to have a thing for shoe loss. Seems to be a recurring topics in their series.

It appears that the movie Tales from the Dark 1 has a whole section featuring a one shod ghost girl. I haven't been able to find a movie link (at least, not one that doesn't require paying or my computer warns me is full of spyware) but I did find this still

The female lead is somewhat tom-boyish and has a don't care attitude, the male lead is some heir to a rich family, but focuses on racing bikes.

This is from episode 5, about 27 mins in, the female lead is now the male lead's manager and as she tries to deflect questions from the media for the male, they start engaging her causing her to stumble backwards and one of her loose Doc Martin boots comes off revealing her white sock.
I'm not sure if this was a choice made by the actress or called for in the script or they just reshot the scene many times, but she is shown wearing a beaten up white sock, that's also really dirty as they show her socked sole from far. Maybe it's to play up to her don't care attitude that her sock is filthy, though it's likely they had more than a few reshoots and this was the best one. Either way, they don't really make word of it in the show and the male lead proceeds to retrieve her boot and put it back on her foot.
The reason I bring that up, outside of being a sock fan myself, is that in every other scene in the show that has shown her without shoes, she hasn't been shown to have dirty socks or dirty feet of any sort and is generally well groomed.
