  Comic called Shadowlands

Here are the first three pages of a comic I started to write about two years ago, I had them on a laptop that went bang with a flash and a cloud of smoke. Last night I striped it down and go the hard drive working long enough to get these off.

I love the plaque of the Styx River Station. Your sense of humour definitely has some macabre edge to it. Roll Eyes

Yes the subway is a great place for setting many situations of all kinds, I have lots of ideas, when I get round to it I will be doing some more comic strips.

Here are some links to a new comic strip called The Princess's Shoe. I have been working on this story for about a year and it's only the first 7 pages.

Barefoot's not my thing, but I have to admit that you have a lot of talent. Nice job.

Thankyou for your kind comment I did her in bare feet because I'm not bothered if she has hose on or not and I know there are many out there who like bare feet and one shoe.

Nice! The only thing I can give is probably to do more close ups on the princess' feet. I'm going to add this theoneshoecrew straight away.

Yes that would be great I have some more to this story which I will be adding to in the next few weeks. There are a lot of close ups of her feet in the next pages.

The other question I have is if there's going to be some sort of prologue explaining what's going on for both stories. Like why is the princess running away and who's the guy with her and who's the woman chasing her?

As the story goes on all will come clear.
But I can tell you the princess is running away from the Queen who wants her magic powers, but the princess doesn't know what power she has. The guy with her is a childhood friend and he knows about her power. The woman that is chasing the princess is working for the Queen but there is a twist to the story later.
I want to do a story that doesn't focus just on shoe loss but something more. but saying that there will be a lot of shoe loss and one boot scenes as well.

Yeah I understand. This site definitely focuses on nylon feet so it's cool that you're making poser comics to provide an alternative outlet. Do you plan on doing any nylon foot content or just all bare?

Oh yes I will do some nylon foot as well as bare foot and even one shoe with a nylon foot and the other foot bare and a combination of the two, since for me it is the loss of her shoe that interests me more I still understand the need to hopefully pleasing as many as possible. Also I want make my comic more interesting that is why I am writing it as a long story i.e 40 to 60 pages, or even longer like an epic, so more on the lines of a book. But I am using a story board format more like a film.

So if I understand correctly your comic strip The Princess's Shoe is basically Star Wars meets Cinderella. That's a pretty interesting mixture, I probably would have never thought of something like this.

Well sort of but the title is about her shoe and she has magic but doesn't know about it, they are linked and the key is her shoe!!!!! I will leave it at that for now.
